Couples therapy
Couples therapy offers a neutral space to understand recurring dynamics, express needs and find more caring ways of relating.
When it may help
- Recurring conflict or difficulty talking.
- Emotional distance, routine or loss of connection.
- Trust difficulties or major changes.
- Differences in parenting or life plans.
What we will work on
- Identify the pattern that keeps conflict going.
- Practise clearer and safer communication.
- Build agreements that take both people into account.
How sessions work
Both people are supported from an impartial position, without looking for blame. The focus is on understanding the relationship and creating changes that can last outside the session.
Common questions
How long is a session and what is the fee?
Sessions last 60 minutes and cost €80.
Can we attend from different places?
