3. Providers and recipients
Forms are handled through Netlify Forms, which stores submissions so they can be reviewed and notifications can be sent to the controller's professional email address. Pages containing a form use Google reCAPTCHA to help prevent spam and abusive use. Both providers may process the technical data required to provide their services.
If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4(Google LLC) loads to provide aggregate usage metrics. No form fields or consultation categories are sent to Analytics; only general navigation and successful-submission events are measured. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw from the Cookies Policy without affecting the forms.
Netlify and Google are providers required for this flow; their data processing terms and international transfers are reviewed alongside the applicable contractual documentation. If you choose to open WhatsApp, any subsequent communication is also subject to that service’s privacy measures and terms.
4. Retention and data minimisation
Web enquiries are reviewed and deleted no later than 12 months after the last communication, unless a later professional relationship or a legal obligation requires longer retention. Netlify submissions are reviewed and deleted regularly. Do not attach documents or clinical information through these forms.
5. Children and teenagers
Where an enquiry concerns a minor, initial contact must be made by a parent or legal guardian. Do not enter a minor’s personal or clinical information on this website; any necessary information will be handled through the appropriate professional channels.
6. Your rights
